What's Going On?

Happy Monday, everyone! :)  One more week until camp...can you believe it?  We are going to make sure we use our time wisely in class and do a lot of learning! :)

Announcements for this Week:

1.  The vision and hearing screening will be tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 15th.  If you wear glasses, make sure you bring them to school on this day.

2.  The next turn in day for magazine orders and money is this Wednesday.  Keep selling those magazines and raising money for our school! Go Bucs!

3.  We are going to camp next week, Sept. 21-23.  Make sure you have made all payments.  Your parents may still use www.myschoolfees.com to pay through this Wednesday.

What We are Studying:

Math

In math, we will begin our division unit! We will see how division relates to both multiplication and subtraction and we will solve authentic problems involving division.  

Due Dates:
Cumulative Review #4 (CR #4)- due Wednesday and CR Quiz #3 Thursday
IXL #2 due Monday, Sept. 21st
Math page due on Friday (will be assigned in class on Thursday)

Science

In science this week we will explore how the four spheres of the earth we discussed last week interact with each other.  We will be creating models to demonstrate this interaction and discussing the importance of it.
